Savoring Each Carefully Selected Course

First, the unmistakably Korean flavor of bulgogi — elegant seasoning, tender meat — hotel-quality at its finest. A dish everyone from child to adult can love.

Next, the hotel classic: club sandwich. Fresh ingredients stacked between perfectly toasted bread. Simple, but simplicity is where a hotel’s true skill reveals itself.

Then, prosciutto melon salad — vivid in color, the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the melon intertwining beautifully. A refined starter made for champagne or wine. For the main: golden, fragrant chicken, every bite releasing umami.
