After wrapping up the K-beauty tour in Myeong-dong, we headed to a beloved late-night spot — Dakhanmari. Even close to 10pm, the restaurant was packed with locals and tourists alike. Dakhanmari (one whole chicken) lives up to its name: a pot filled generously with chicken and green onion. Creating your own signature sauce is the real joy of this dish.

The highlight of my Seongsu-dong walk: Nungdong Minari, one of Seoul's most sought-after restaurants right now. There was a long line, but the system was so well-organized we were inside surprisingly quickly. The gomtang crowned with vibrant water parsley — a dish I'd recommend to every Seoul visitor.
